Social Action Project: Hurricane Harvey Relief

Join us for another Hurricane Harvey Relief project!
A group in the East Houston area is looking for volunteers to help people affected by the hurricane. This group is providing relief services such as food, personal hygiene items, cleaning supplies, diapers and formula and more. They are serving about 500 residents each week. They are also short on supplies. The following items are needed: Non-perishable food (rice, beans, pasta, canned sauce, canned beans, tuna, canned chicken, canned veggies and fruit) as well as size 5 and 6 diapers and laundry soap.
We are set to volunteer this Saturday, October 21 with two times to choose from (10am-1pm or 1-4pm). The volunteering location is at the East Houston Civic Club at, Houston, TX 77028.
