As we near the end of our fiscal year, we are actively planning for HCRJ’s Annual Meeting which will be held on Sunday, May 15, 2022 at 10:00AM.  The meeting will be held in person with an option to live stream for those who prefer to watch from home.  Important items to be presented are:

  • A slate of committed leaders to the Board of Trustees of the congregation (click here to view the slate of nominees).
  • The budget for the 2022 – 2023 fiscal year
  • Committee reports
  • Year in review video

Requesting an absentee ballot

Your voice and your vote remain crucial in shaping the future of our growing congregation.  Please help us ensure a quroum by clicking on the button below and requesting an absentee ballot by May 5.  All full members and those in the 30-34 category in good standing have the right to vote if your dues, security fee and building fund pledges for the 2021–2022 fiscal year and prior years have been paid in full or you have approval to delay or alter your payments.

Voting will take place in person as well, but individuals will only be allowed one vote.  (For example: if a congregant requests an absentee ballot and votes prior to the in person meeting, they may still attend the meeting, but will not be allowed another vote).

If you have any questions about the voting process or anything else, do not hesitate to reach out.

Sincerely,

Melissa Wolfson
Executive Director
