Thursdays, February 6, 13 & 20
7-8:30pm
In February, the Galleria Gang (a group of rabbis – including Rabbi Gross – imams and evangelical ministers who explore their differences and similarities by examining themes from sacred scriptures) is holding a 3-part multi-faith dinner dialogue on the themes of creation.
This clergy-led program will be highly interactive as participants will be broken into multi-faith discussion groups. To sign up for one or all of the classes, please RSVP to Justin at Justin@hcrj.org.
The schedule is below:
Six Days of Creation – Rabbi Steve Morgen, Dr. Mahmoud El Gamal and Rev. Paul Ramsey

How do our faith traditions inform our beliefs about living in a Created Universe. How old is the Universe and other questions about how we correlate science with Creation.
Adam and Eve and “Original Sin” – Rabbi Steve Gross, Rev. Dr. Taylor Ince and Imam AR Chao
February 13 at Houston Congregation for Reform Judaism
How do our faith traditions understand the story of Adam and Eve, eating the “forbidden fruit”? Are humans born in “original sin”? And if so, what does that mean? Was the Snake “the Devil?”
