Celebrity Chefs: Adeena Sussman

Join Houston Congregation for Reform Judaism and more than 20 other synagogues and Jewish organizations all across the United States for a virtual international culinary journey with celebrity chefs on the Israeli and American scenes on Tuesdays in January and February!

On Tuesday, February 2 at 7pm, Adeena Sussman (Sababa) is the celebrity chef. Adeena is the author of Sababa: Fresh, Sunny Flavors from My Israeli Kitchen. The book was named a Best Fall 2019 cookbook by The New York Times, Bon Appetit, and Food & Wine. The menu for the cooking demo next week is My Mother’s Irresistible Apple Kuchen and Chewy Tahini Blondies.
