A breakfast will be served at 9:30AM with the meeting to follow at 10:00AM. Important items to be presented are a slate of committed leaders to the Board of Trustees, the budget for the 2022– 2023 fiscal year, committee reports and a year in review video:
Absentee ballots were emailed to congregants that requested one on Thursday, May 5.
All full members and those in the 30-34 category in good standing have the right to vote if your dues, security fee and building fund pledges for the 2021–2022 fiscal year and prior years have been paid in full or you have approval to delay or alter your payments.
Voting will take place at the meeting as well, but individuals will only be allowed one vote. (For example: if a congregant requests an absentee ballot and votes prior to the in person meeting, they may still attend the meeting, but will not be allowed another vote).
