The goal of the class is to quiet our minds, relieve fatigue and boost our immune systems. You will need a chair with a firm seat and back, a strap such as a belt or hand towel and a sticky mat if you have one and a folded towel for floor poses.
During the class on August 10, participants will work on their abdomen by performing asanas to both strengthen and to release those muscles.
Chair Yoga is a virtual class on Zoom Video Conferencing. The class is open to all (newcomers and past participants).
