The HCRJ Interest Group, which meets the first Wednesday of each month over bagels and coffee, is a program designed to engage its participants through a variety of speakers on different subjects. Speakers have ranged from judges to authors and beyond.
Join us in February as Lili Gordon, survivor and author of the book, Siberian Yankee, shares her story. Lili, who was born on a cattle car in the Ural Mountains to a mother trying to escape the Nazis, will discuss her journey through Siberia, Kiev, East Berlin, West Berlin and Displaced Persons camps to eventually arrive in New York City in July of 1949.
