Houston Joint-TYG Civic Engagement Escape Room

HCRJ 11th grader Ronen Wenderfer is heading up a really neat event on Sunday afternoon!
Join 6th-12th graders from Reform Jewish Temples all over Houston as we learn about the history of voting in America and the barriers that still remain in addition to discovering the connection between making our voices heard and the liturgy of the High Holy Days. These themes will be explored with a fun virtual escape the room and a non-partisan discussion about the importance of voting.
The event begins at 1:30pm, but all are invited to join 30 minutes earlier so that everyone can chat and get to know each other.
