A Message from Fran C. Brochstein: HCRJ Interim Director of Education
As Alexander Graham Bell famously said, “When one door closes, another one opens…” There is no mention of how quickly change can occur in one’s life!
After leading HCRJ’s B’nai Mitzvah class for many years, I am honored to be the one to welcome you to the 2018-19 religious school year as Director of Education. I believe that the HCRJ staff can guide our children towards a strong Jewish identity grounded in knowledge and values, creating a roadmap to Jewish life and going steps beyond this by building relationships.
It is my top priority to be present for parents and students alike; I invite you to contact me during this year to volunteer, to share ideas, to kvetch or just to say Shalom. I look forward to many successes this school year and say a thousand and one thanks to Hilary!!
