Join us for a family workshop by participating in the Shofar Factory, led by Rabbi Mendy, (Chabad Outreach of Houston). This is fun for all ages; participants begin with a discussion about Shofarot and then craft an actual one, starting with the raw horn of a ram. Students are taught how to sound the Shofar and how to follow the traditional sequence of notes blown on Rosh Hashanah.
