Social Action Project: Kids’ Meals

Our December social action project is at Kids’ Meals on Saturday, December 17th from 9am-11:30am!
Every day in Houston, there are more than 50,000 preschool-aged children, or 1 out of 4 preschool aged children, who may not know where their next meal is coming from. The mission of Kids’ Meals is to end childhood hunger by delivering free healthy meals to the doorsteps of Houston’s hungriest pre-school-aged children and through collaboration provide their families with resources to help end the cycle of poverty.
During this volunteer experience, we will be preparing and packing meals in the Kids’ Meals kitchen.
