Social Action Project: National Council of Jewish Women Greater Houston Section Back 2 School Store

NCJW’s 3rd Annual Back 2 School Store is on Sunday, June 10! An estimated 250 elementary-aged children from low-income families will be outfitted with everything they need for school (supplies, uniforms, coats, shoes and more)!
Volunteers ages 18+ are needed on Sunday to be personal shoppers to work individually with each child to help them select their items in the store and teenagers (ages 16 and 17) can help out by keeping the store well stocked and organized. Shifts are open from 8am-12pm, 12pm-4pm or 8am-4pm.
Also, this Friday, help is needed with setup – this includes unboxing items, cutting price tags off clothing and arranging the clothing by size (9am-2pm or 2-6pm for ages 14+).
