Social Action Project: The Beacon

Join us for our June congregational social action project at The Beacon!
The Beacon is a non-profit organization that serves the Houston homeless community through daily services, civic legal aid, counseling and mentoring and access to housing. Our responsibilities at The Beacon Day Center will include serving on the lunch line, helping in the dining room, assisting in the washing, drying and folding of clothes, handing out hygiene items and greeting and checking in clients.
