Rabbi Gross is working directly with Chef Ara Malekian to create an inspired 5 course menu paired with divine wines from South America. At this point in time the menu is being finalized, but here are a few of the many items to tantalize your taste buds.
The First Course
The first course will utilize a special Argentinian grill called an asador which is built into the landscape of the Gross Family back yard. From this special wood-fire grill hot appetizers will be prepared and served as guests enjoy a dynamic experience interacting with Chef Ara as he demonstrates his craft.
Courses Two, Three, Four and Five. . .
The remainder of the meal will be served in an intimate setting set up specifically for this dining experience. Dishes from Argentina, Chile, Brazil, Peru and Bolivia will be featured. Here is a preview of just a few of the delicacies being planned from each country:
Agrentina: Grilled Meat
Brazil: Pao de Queijo (Brazilian Cheese Bread)
Chile: Chilean Sea Bass
Peru: Ceviche
Bolivia: Quinoa
