Taught by Suzy Shapiro, a certified yoga instructor, this chair yoga class will focus on strength and stamina, balance and flexibility, and a new sense of well-being. The goal of the class is to quiet our minds, relieve fatigue and boost our immune systems. You will need a chair with a firm seat and back, a strap such as a belt or hand towel and a sticky mat if you have one and a folded towel for floor poses.
Chair Yoga is a virtual class on Zoom Video Conferencing. The class is open to all (newcomers and past participants).
