Annual Meeting

We invite you to join us for HCRJ’s Annual Meeting on Sunday, May 21 at 5pm. Enjoy a reception of light bites and wine as we look back at another successful year in our community. Live streaming will be available for those who are unable to attend in person.
Important items to be presented are a slate of committed leaders to the Board of Trustees, the budget for the 2023-2024 fiscal year, committee reports and a year in review video:
- Report of the Nominating Committee
- Budget and Finance Report
- Proposed Bylaws Revisions
- 2022 Annual Meeting Minutes
Absentee ballots will be emailed this week to congregants that requested one. All full members and those in the 30-34 category in good standing have the right to vote if your dues, security fee and building fund pledges for the 2022-2023 fiscal year and prior years have been paid in full or you have approval to delay or alter your payments.
